How it works

One workflow. Every meal. Every show.

CateringTix replaces clipboards, paper tickets, and end-of-night spreadsheet panic with one connected system from the moment you book the gig to the moment the invoice goes out.

01

Set up the run

Import your tour or event calendar. Define services per day — breakfast, lunch, dinner, late-night — with meal counts per group.

Connect your existing crew lists, vendor agreements, and talent riders. CateringTix becomes the single source of truth for who eats what, when, and on whose tab.

02

Issue digital tickets

Crew receives QR-coded tickets via email, SMS, or printed badge inserts — tied to their role, group, and meal allotment.

No app downloads required for end users. Tickets work offline at the door. Re-issue or void instantly when the call sheet changes.

03

Scan at the line

A staff member with any phone or tablet scans the ticket as people enter the meal area. The system validates, deducts, and timestamps.

Built-in offline mode keeps the line moving even when the WiFi backstage is doing what backstage WiFi does. Sync resumes automatically.

04

Track service in real time

Watch meals go out by group, by vendor, by hour. Know when to flex menu items or call the next batch from the kitchen.

Dashboards on any device. Keep production, the kitchen, and your client looking at the same numbers, all night long.

05

Reconcile & invoice

End of show, end of week, end of tour — export clean reports per vendor, per buyout group, per cost center. Send invoices same-day.

CSV, PDF, or push directly to QuickBooks. Disputes drop to near zero because every meal is timestamped and tied to a verified ticket.
